This policy outlines how VapeByte handles returns, exchanges, and refunds. Our goal is to make the process clear and fair.

1.Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery

❗ Note: Due to the nature of disposable vape products, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty.

2.How to Request a Return

Please email support@vapebyte.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A short explanation of the problem

3.Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error)

4.Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer replacements for:

  • Faulty or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

Replacement shipments are sent free of charge.

5.Items Not Eligible for Return

We offer replacements for:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Orders outside of the return window
