What is VapeByte?

Are your products TPD compliant?
Yes. All VapeByte products are compliant with the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) regulations where required, including nicotine strength, safety testing, and packaging standards.
Do your vapes contain nicotine?
Yes. Our standard devices contain 2% (20mg/mL) and 5% (50mg/ml) salt nicotine unless otherwise stated. We clearly label nicotine strength on each product.
Are VapeByte devices safe to use?
All devices are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and undergo rigorous quality control testing for electrical safety, leak resistance, and ingredient purity. We comply with CE, RoHS, and UKCA certifications.
Shipping & Orders
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the UK and most EU countries. You can check available shipping destinations during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- UK: 7–9 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days We dispatch orders within 48 hours, and tracking is provided via email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 2–3 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and regional couriers based on your country for fast and secure delivery.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Product Usage
How many puffs does each device offer?
Our Feed Sync Smart Disposable Vape offers up to 25,000 puffs. Some models offer 15,000–50,000 puffs depending on capacity.
How do I know when my vape is empty?
You’ll notice reduced vapour output and flavour. For smart models, the display will indicate e-liquid or battery depletion.
Can I recharge the device?
Yes. All VapeByte smart devices come with USB-C rechargeable batteries. Non-smart disposable models are pre-charged and not refillable.
What flavours are available?
We offer a wide variety of dual-flavour combinations, including fruity, minty, and exotic blends. Flavour menus are updated regularly.
Can I mix flavours?
Our devices are pre-filled with curated dual-flavour blends. We don’t recommend mixing flavours manually as they are not refillable.
Returns & Support
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details.
What if my device is faulty?
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
